5.2. Expresiones para hacer pedidos y pagar en un restaurante

Pidiendo algo en el restaurante:

• Could I have a menu, please? – ¿Podría traerme un menú, por favor?
• Can I order now? – ¿Puedo hacer ahora el pedido?
• I would like the steak, please. – Me gustaría el filete, por favor.
• Can I have some water, please? – ¿Podría traerme un poco de agua, por favor?
• Do you have any vegetarian options? – ¿Tienen opciones vegetarianas?

Confirmación de pedido:

• Okay, so that’s a steak and a water. – Vale, entonces es un filete y agua.
• Just to confirm, you ordered the chicken, right? – Solo para confirmar, pidió el pollo, ¿verdad?
• So, you want the salad with no dressing, correct? – Entonces, ¿quiere la ensalada sin aderezo, verdad?

Pagar en un restaurante:

• Excuse me, can I have the bill, please? – Disculpe, ¿podría traerme la cuenta, por favor?
• May I pay by credit card? – ¿Puedo pagar con tarjeta de crédito?
• Could you split the bill, please? – ¿Podría dividir la cuenta, por favor?
• Here’s the bill. – Aquí está la cuenta.
